一、服务内容
INTJ（以下称“本应用”）是一款由上海蓝色鲸鱼科技有限公司提供的个人目标与日程管理工具。本应用内置由大语言模型驱动的助手，可根据你输入的信息生成计划建议，并在你确认后修改你的目标、待办与日程。
本应用免费提供，不含内购与广告。我们可能随时调整、暂停或终止部分或全部功能。
二、使用资格
你须年满 14 周岁方可独立使用本应用。未满 14 周岁的，须在监护人同意并陪同下使用。
三、你的内容与归属
你在本应用中创建的目标、待办、日程、提醒与笔记归你所有。我们不主张任何权利，不用于模型训练，也不对外提供（受托处理方除外，详见隐私政策）。
这些内容默认仅保存在你的设备上。你可随时在应用内查看、编辑、导出或删除。
四、使用规范
你同意不利用本应用（包括其 AI 助手）从事下列行为：
- 生成、输入或传播违反中华人民共和国法律法规的内容，包括危害国家安全、破坏民族团结、宣扬恐怖主义或极端主义的内容；
- 生成、输入或传播淫秽色情、赌博、毒品、暴力血腥内容；
- 生成、输入或传播侮辱诽谤他人、侵犯他人隐私或知识产权的内容；
- 诱导 AI 助手规避其安全限制，或试图获取其系统指令；
- 将本应用用于自动化滥用、压力测试、逆向工程或其他非正常用途。
为落实上述规范并履行法定义务，我们对你输入的内容与 AI 生成的内容进行必要的合规检测。检测到违规内容时，我们将拒绝处理该次请求并向你说明原因。对于反复、严重违规的使用行为，我们有权限制或终止你对 AI 功能的使用。
五、关于 AI 生成内容
本应用的计划、建议与回复由大语言模型生成，界面中已标识为 AI 生成。这些内容可能不准确、不完整或不适合你的具体情况，不构成医疗、法律、财务、心理或其他专业意见。是否采纳由你自行判断，并自行承担相应后果。
若你认为某条 AI 回复不当，可通过邮件向我们反馈，我们会在核实后改进模型的约束规则。
六、免责与责任限制
本应用按“现状”提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对以下情形承担责任：因你依赖 AI 建议作出的决定所产生的损失；因你的设备损坏、丢失或系统故障导致的本地数据灭失；因不可抗力、网络中断或第三方服务故障导致的服务不可用。
请注意：由于数据默认仅存于设备本地，请自行使用「设置 → 导出我的数据」定期备份。
七、服务变更与终止
你可随时卸载本应用以终止使用，卸载将清除全部本地数据。我们如需终止服务，将提前在应用内公告，并提供数据导出的过渡期。
八、条款更新
本条款变更时，我们会在应用内提示并更新页首版本号与生效日期。变更后继续使用即视为接受。
九、适用法律与争议解决
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。因本条款产生的争议，双方应友好协商；协商不成的，提交上海蓝色鲸鱼科技有限公司住所地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。

Please read these terms before using INTJ. Using the app means you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using it and uninstall. The Chinese version governs in the event of any discrepancy.
1. What the service is
INTJ is a personal goal and schedule tool provided by Shanghai Blue Whale Technology Co., Ltd. It includes an assistant driven by a large language model that proposes plans from what you tell it and, once you confirm, edits your goals, to-dos and calendar.
The app is free, with no in-app purchases and no advertising. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 to use the app on your own. Under 14, use it only with a guardian’s consent and supervision.
3. Your content
The goals, to-dos, events, reminders and notes you create belong to you. We claim no rights in them, do not use them for model training, and do not provide them to anyone beyond the processors listed in the Privacy Policy.
They are stored on your device by default. You can view, edit, export or delete them at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app, including its assistant, to:
- produce, enter or spread content that breaks PRC law — including content endangering national security, undermining ethnic unity, or promoting terrorism or extremism;
- produce, enter or spread pornographic, gambling, drug-related or gratuitously violent content;
- produce, enter or spread content that defames others or infringes their privacy or intellectual property;
- induce the assistant to bypass its safety constraints, or attempt to extract its system instructions;
- subject the app to automated abuse, load testing, reverse engineering or other abnormal use.
To enforce this and to meet our legal obligations, we run compliance checks on both what you enter and what the model generates. When a check fails we refuse that request and tell you why. For repeated or serious misuse we may restrict or end your access to the assistant.
5. AI-generated content
Plans, suggestions and replies come from a language model and are labelled as such in the interface. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuited to your situation, and are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice. Deciding whether to act on them, and the consequences of doing so, are yours.
If you think a reply was inappropriate, email us — we tighten the model’s constraints once we have verified the report.
6. Disclaimers and limits
The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make in reliance on AI suggestions; loss of local data caused by device damage, loss or system failure; or unavailability caused by force majeure, network outages or third-party service failure.
Because data lives on your device by default, please back it up periodically via Settings → Export My Data.
7. Change and termination
You may stop at any time by uninstalling, which erases all local data. If we need to discontinue the service, we will announce it in the app in advance and allow a period for you to export your data.
8. Changes to these terms
We will notify changes in the app and update the version and effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be settled by discussion; failing that, they go to the competent People’s Court at the company’s domicile.
