上海蓝色鲸鱼科技有限公司（以下称“我们”）开发并运营 INTJ 移动应用（以下称“本应用”）。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储、共享和保护你的个人信息，以及你依法享有的权利。
本应用没有账号体系。你无需注册。我们不收集手机号、邮箱、身份证件、位置、通讯录、相册、麦克风或摄像头数据。
你创建的内容默认只存在你的设备上。目标、待办、日程、提醒和笔记保存在手机本地数据库中，我们的服务器不保存副本。
只有在你主动使用 AI 助手时，相关内容才会离开设备，用于生成本次回复；处理完即释放，不写入数据库、不记入日志。
你的个人信息不会出境。本应用使用的模型服务、检索服务与云主机均位于中国境内。
一、我们处理的个人信息

1.2 应用设置（仅本地存储）
语言偏好、主题配色、是否已完成引导、AI 功能授权状态与授权版本号。
1.3 使用 AI 助手时传输的信息
当你向 AI 助手发送消息时，我们通过加密连接（HTTPS / TLS）向我们的服务器传输：
- 你输入的消息文本；
- 与该次请求相关的上下文，即你的目标、待办、日程、笔记等条目内容；
- 你主动告知助手的个人情况（例如职业、作息习惯、偏好）；
- 语言偏好标识。
我们不会传输设备标识符、位置、通讯录或任何广告标识符。
1.4 我们不收集的信息
本应用不含任何广告 SDK、第三方统计分析 SDK 或用户行为追踪代码；不收集设备指纹、IDFA / IDFV；不进行跨应用追踪。
二、处理目的与法律依据
依据《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》第十三条第一款第（一）项，我们基于你的同意处理上述信息，目的仅限于：为你生成计划建议、回答你的提问、以及在你确认后修改你的目标与日程。
我们不将你的信息用于用户画像、精准营销、自动化决策，也不用于模型训练。
三、对外提供——受托处理方
为实现 AI 助手功能，我们将必要信息委托以下第三方处理，并与其约定了处理目的、期限与安全义务：

除上述情形，以及法律法规明确要求或经你单独同意的情形外，我们不向任何第三方提供、出售或公开你的个人信息。
四、跨境传输
我们不向中华人民共和国境外提供你的个人信息。本应用的模型服务、检索服务与云主机均位于中国境内。
若未来确有出境需要，我们将另行以显著方式告知，取得你的单独同意，并依法完成安全评估或标准合同备案后方可进行。
五、存储与保留期限
- 设备本地数据：持续保留，直至你在应用内删除，或卸载本应用（卸载将一并清除）。
- 我们的服务器：不保存你的内容。请求仅在内存中处理，响应返回后即释放，不写入数据库、不记入日志。
- 受托方：其保留期限适用其各自的隐私政策；我们仅传输完成该次请求所必需的内容。
六、你的权利
依据《个人信息保护法》第四章，你有权：
- 查阅、复制：应用内可直接查看全部内容；「设置 → 导出我的数据」可将全部数据导出为文件。
- 更正、补充：直接在应用内编辑。
- 删除：在应用内删除单条内容，或卸载应用以清除全部本地数据。
- 撤回同意：在「设置」中关闭 AI 功能授权。撤回后助手停止工作，但不影响撤回前基于同意已进行的处理。
- 要求解释说明：你可就本政策及我们的处理规则向我们提出询问。
行使方式：在应用内直接操作，或发送邮件至 privacy@whaletech.ai。我们将在收到请求后 15 个工作日内答复。
七、未成年人
本应用不面向 14 周岁以下儿童。若你未满 14 周岁，请在监护人陪同下阅读本政策，并在取得监护人同意后使用。若我们发现在未取得监护人同意的情况下收集了儿童个人信息，将尽快予以删除。
八、关于 AI 生成内容
本应用的计划、建议与回复由大语言模型生成，可能不准确、不完整，或不适合你的具体情况。此类内容已在界面中标识为 AI 生成。请你自行判断后再行采纳，不要将其作为医疗、法律、财务或其他专业意见。
九、安全措施
数据传输采用 HTTPS / TLS 加密；服务端接口需凭证访问；本地数据受 iOS 沙盒机制与系统级加密保护（在设备设置了锁屏密码时生效）。但请理解，互联网环境并非绝对安全，我们无法保证信息百分之百的安全性。
十、政策更新
本政策发生变更时，我们会在应用内提示，并更新页首的版本号与生效日期。涉及处理目的、信息种类或处理方式的重大变更，我们将重新征得你的同意。

Shanghai Blue Whale Technology Co., Ltd (“we”) develops and operates the INTJ mobile application (“the app”). This policy explains what personal information we handle, why, who else touches it, and the rights you have. The Chinese version governs in the event of any discrepancy.
There are no accounts. You do not register. We do not collect your phone number, email, identity documents, location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera.
What you write stays on your device by default. Goals, to-dos, events, reminders and notes live in a local database on your phone. Our servers keep no copy.
Content leaves the device only when you use the AI assistant, to produce that one reply. It is released as soon as the response is returned — never written to a database, never logged.
Your personal information does not leave mainland China. The model, the search provider and the server are all located inside China.
1. What we handle
1.1 Content you create (stored on your device only)
Goals (title, motivation, target date, progress); to-dos (title, due date, completion, time estimate); calendar events (title, start, end, notes); reminders (title, time); notes (title, body, tags); AI-generated plans; and your conversation history with the assistant.
1.2 App settings (stored on your device only)
Language preference, colour theme, whether onboarding is complete, and your AI consent state and version.
1.3 What is transmitted when you use the assistant
Over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS): the message you typed; the context relevant to that request — your goals, to-dos, events and notes; anything you have told the assistant about yourself (occupation, schedule, preferences); and your language preference.
We do not transmit device identifiers, location, contacts, or any advertising identifier.
1.4 What we do not collect
The app contains no advertising SDK, no third-party analytics SDK and no behavioural tracking code. It does not collect device fingerprints or IDFA/IDFV, and performs no cross-app tracking.
2. Purpose and legal basis
Under Article 13(1)(i) of the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC, we process this information on the basis of your consent, solely to generate plan suggestions, answer your questions, and modify your goals and schedule after you confirm the change.
We do not use your information for profiling, targeted advertising or automated decision-making, and we do not use it for model training.

Apart from the above, and where the law requires it or you have separately consented, we do not provide, sell or publish your personal information to anyone.
4. Cross-border transfer
We do not transfer your personal information outside mainland China. Should that ever become necessary, we will tell you prominently, obtain your separate consent, and complete the security assessment or standard-contract filing required by law before doing so.
5. Retention
On your device: kept until you delete it in the app, or uninstall (which removes all of it). On our servers: nothing is kept — requests are handled in memory and released when the response is sent. Processors: governed by their own policies; we send only what that single request requires.
6. Your rights
Under Chapter 4 of the PIPL you may access and copy your data (everything is visible in the app; Settings → Export My Data produces a file), correct it by editing in place, delete it item by item or by uninstalling, withdraw consent in Settings (the assistant then stops working; processing already carried out remains valid), and ask us to explain our handling rules.
Exercise these in the app, or write to privacy@whaletech.ai. We respond within 15 working days.
7. Minors
The app is not directed at children under 14. If you are under 14, please read this policy with a guardian and obtain their consent before using the app. If we learn we have collected a child’s personal information without guardian consent, we will delete it promptly.
8. AI-generated content
Plans, suggestions and replies are produced by a large language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong for your situation. Such content is labelled as AI-generated in the interface. Use your own judgement, and do not treat it as medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
9. Security
Transport is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS; the server API requires a credential; local data is protected by the iOS sandbox and system-level encryption (active when a device passcode is set). No internet service can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
10. Changes
If this policy changes we will notify you in the app and update the version and effective date at the top. Material changes to purpose, categories or method will require your consent again.
